My Top 20 Albums of 2017
Hey everybody! It’s December 2017! And you know what that means – every music critic in the world and their moms (whose basements said critics generally live in, obviously) are publishing lists of their favorite albums of the year! Well, who am I to stifle this masturbatory tradition. So here’s a list of my top 20 albums of the year (plus a few honorable mentions for good measure). You can read my blurbs about a few of them in Slant Magazine’s year-end feature. Plus, another post about my favorite songs of 2017 is coming shortly. Happy listening!
